About Mahambo

Mahambo is a small coastal town in eastern Madagascar with beautiful, white sandy beaches and with the atmosphere of a small and cozy fishing village. Mahambo has grown in popularity over the last 10 years, but remains an undiscovered pearl of Madagascar. Mahambo real estate is especially popular among surfers, as Mahambo is one of the most attractive surfing destinations in Madagascar.

The difference between a beachfront bungalow and a villa is size, with a bungalow being smaller (typically 1-floor only) and a villa having a larger surface area and sometimes 2 floors or more. Most bungalows and villas in Mahambo are located on the beach or in close proximity to the beach.
