Refund Policy for Madagascar Invest

At Madagascar Invest, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. Please review the following terms of our refund policy:

7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of payment without providing a reason.

Refunds After 7 Days

Refunds after 7 days are available for services we cannot deliver. However, any non-recoverable costs incurred by Madagascar Invest (e.g., administrative fees, government charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If clients are not fully satisfied with our services, they can request a review of their case. Refunds or alternative remedies may be offered at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
  • Refunds are only applicable to services that have not been completed or delivered as agreed.
  • Clients must provide any required documentation to facilitate the refund process.

Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Situations where the client fails to provide necessary documents or information in a timely manner, causing delays or failure to deliver services.
  • Services affected by government decisions, such as policy changes or rejections, that are beyond Madagascar Invest’s control.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
