When you invest in Fierenana Farms, you purchase a contractual, notarized interest in 1 or more hectares of land on the plantation. You then enter into a contract with Madagascar Invest who manages the farm on behalf of all investors.

Every year, the investor is paid 80% of the farms profits, while Madagascar Invest is paid 20% to manage the farm.

How Managed Farmland Investing Works

• You acquire one or more 1-hectare lots in the plantation.
• Madagascar Invest prepares the land, plants the trees and crops, and installs the necessary infrastructure, including water, irrigation, access and storage.
• Our local team manages all farming operations: planting, irrigation, maintenance, harvesting and the sale of produce.
• Each year, after operating costs are deducted, the entire plantation’s net proceeds are paid out to investors as an annual dividend.
