Rado was born and raised in Antananarivo, and studied IT engineering at the Institut Supérieur Polytechnique de Madagascar (ISPM) and later obtained a postgraduate degree in Business & Management from the University of Birmingham in the UK. in 2022 he returned to Madagascar, now a married man, with the intention of helping in the development of his country through business and entrepreneurship.
