Includes all services in the Basic Package, plus a business address (12 months), company director for 12 months, MGA business bank account setup, and a dedicated client success manager.
Executive Package: €4,998
Includes everything in the Essential Package, plus premium banking options (multi-currency, USD/EUR accounts), regulated business activity license, one-year compliance support, priority processing (fast-track setup), and company document delivery via courier service.
All packages are available with no monthly commitment. However, some services may require annual renewal to ensure a continuation of services (e.g., business address, company director).
All payments for services are non-refundable after the service has been initiated. Refunds will be considered if services are not initiated or if there is a failure on the part of Madagascar Invest to fulfill the contractual obligations.
We aim to complete the company setup process within the timeframes specified in the package details. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as government processing times or client-provided information.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the setup of your company. Any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may affect the delivery timeline and incur additional charges.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your business activities comply with the laws of Madagascar. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from non-compliance after your company has been established.

Step 5: Documents will be deposited to EDBM
Madagascar Invest will now deposit all company documents to EDBM (Economic Development Board of Madagascar) for registration.
Step 6: Registered company documents released by EDBM
After a few days (usually 5-7 working days), the registered company documents will be released by the EDBM.
Step 7: Your company in Madagascar is now registered and ready for business!
