In Arven Estate, you will benefit from a friendly beach community neighborhood. The community itself is a gated compound with private security, comprising 8 individual lots, so you will have plenty of international and local neighbors in this secure and beautiful environment.

The compound consists of a cozy beach promenade, with direct access to the beach and the Indian ocean. The beach is quiet, isolated and known for its amazing surf waves. The shallowness of the beach makes it ideal for children and adults alike.

On your beach lot, you can build any type of beach house that you wish, with ample space for a driveway, parking and private garden. 

Public utilities are not available at this location, but the community has its own borehole well, meaning that fresh and clean drinking water will be available for residents. Electricity must be acquired via personal solar power panels. 

Arven Estate is managed by a homeowners association, which you will become a member of upon purchasing a lot at the estate. The association fees are EUR 100 per quarter. This includes security, public area maintenance, and free use of the estate’s water borehole.
