Every company needs to have a local representative. The local representative does not need to hold shares or ownership of the company. The representative must be a Malagasy citizen. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a local representative, Madagascar Invest will provide one for you.
Every business needs an address. You can use any property in Madagascar that you own or rent as your business address. If you do not have any address in Madagascar, we will provide one for you.
