About Madagascar Invest

Madagascar Invest helps international clients invest, do business and relocate to Madagascar. We work primarily with foreign investors and entrepreneurs across real estate, company formation, residency, investment projects and related services.

We are a small and growing company, and we are looking for a motivated person to join our team in Antananarivo.

The Role

As our Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the company director across two main areas: managing and following up with prospective clients, and coordinating the administrative work involved in delivering our services.

A major part of your role will be making sure that no potential client is forgotten. You will respond to enquiries, follow up with existing leads, keep our CRM organized, identify relevant opportunities for previous prospects and help schedule qualified sales calls.

You will also gradually take responsibility for operational tasks such as coordinating company registrations, residency applications, document collection and other client procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with new enquiries by email and WhatsApp.
• Maintain our CRM and ensure every active lead has a clear next action.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and reactivate older leads when relevant opportunities arise.
• Learn what clients are looking for and match them with relevant properties, investments or services.
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule sales calls with the company director.
• Help coordinate property visits and client appointments.
• Assist clients with document collection and routine questions.
• Track company registrations, residency applications and other administrative procedures.
• Communicate with clients, partners, government offices and service providers when required.
• Help document and improve internal processes as the company grows.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone intelligent, motivated, organized and eager to learn than someone with an impressive CV.

You should:

• Speak and write English, French and Malagasy at a high level.
• Be confident communicating professionally with international clients.
• Be highly organized and good at following up on tasks.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Be reliable and pay close attention to details.
• Be comfortable communicating by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Be interested in business, sales, real estate and investment.
• Be willing to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility.

You may be a recent graduate or early in your career. Attitude, intelligence and willingness to learn matter more to us than years of experience.
