2. Purpose and Scope
This Agreement governs the services provided by Madagascar Invest, including the registration of companies in Madagascar and the provision of associated services such as local representatives and business addresses.
By placing an order with us, either through our online or paper forms, you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms herein. Detailed pricing and a list of available services are provided on our website.
3. Incorporation and Additional Services
3.1 We offer company incorporation services in Madagascar. Upon request, we can also arrange the provision of a local representative and business address, both for a one-year term. The local representative is provided as a formality and does not have any operational or management responsibilities within the company.
3.2 We also assist with opening business bank accounts in Madagascar, though we cannot guarantee successful outcomes for complementary services like internet banking access, credit cards, or cheque books.
4. Refund Policy
If Madagascar Invest is unable to successfully complete the company registration, we will issue a refund, minus any costs we have incurred in the process.
5. Right to Refuse Services
We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to any client at our discretion and are not obligated to provide any explanation for such refusals.
6. Legal Advice Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not offer legal or tax advice. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws and to seek appropriate advice where necessary.
7. Anti-Money Laundering and Due Diligence
You agree to provide all necessary documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and due diligence requirements. You confirm that funds involved in the company do not originate from illegal activities.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved by The Courts of Madagascar.
This Agreement becomes binding and effective once payment for services is made.
