Experience
- Previous experience working with foreign clients is considred an asset, but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
Personality
- You must be a self-driven individual who is eager to perform at a high level.
- You must display a high degree of smartness and creativity.
- You must be willing to research and have an eagerness to learn new things.
Your responsibilities
- Seek out properties for sale in different regions of Madagascar.
- This role includes travel to various parts of Madagascar.
- Meet with property sellers, visit properties, and negotiate prices.
- Read and verify property documents.
- Write real estate sales listings for our website.
- Communicate with potential buyers about properties.
- Help a potential buyer to find the right property for their needs and desires.
- Correspond with seller and buyer to close a sale.
- Manage sales agreements and communicate with notaries.

Office + Travel Work
This role requires you to travel to different parts of Madagascar, either for day trips or for several days at a time. The rest of the time you will be working either from our head office in Antananarivo or from your own home office.
Compensation
For this role, you will be compensated with a monthly base salary, with the possibility of earning additional commisions after making a successful property sale.
