    Le pr\u00e9sent accord r\u00e9git les services fournis par Madagascar Invest, notamment l\u2019enregistrement des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 Madagascar et la fourniture de services associ\u00e9s tels que des repr\u00e9sentants locaux et des adresses commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En passant commande aupr\u00e8s de nous, que ce soit via nos formulaires en ligne ou papier, vous acceptez le pr\u00e9sent contrat et vous vous engagez \u00e0 en respecter les conditions.     3. Constitution en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et services compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>
    3.1 Nous proposons des services de cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise \u00e0 Madagascar. Sur demande, nous pouvons \u00e9galement organiser la mise \u00e0 disposition d'un repr\u00e9sentant local<\/strong> et adresse commerciale<\/strong>, tous deux pour une dur\u00e9e d'un an. Le repr\u00e9sentant local est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u00e0 titre de formalit\u00e9 et n'a aucune responsabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle ou de gestion au sein de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.2 Nous aidons \u00e9galement \u00e0 ouvrir des comptes bancaires professionnels \u00e0 Madagascar, bien que nous ne puissions pas garantir le succ\u00e8s des services compl\u00e9mentaires tels que l'acc\u00e8s aux services bancaires par Internet, les cartes de cr\u00e9dit ou les ch\u00e9quiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Politique de remboursement<\/strong>
    Si Madagascar Invest n'est pas en mesure de mener \u00e0 bien l'enregistrement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous proc\u00e9derons \u00e0 un remboursement, d\u00e9duction faite des frais engag\u00e9s dans le cadre de cette proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Droit de refuser les services<\/strong>

Vous confirmez que les fonds utilis\u00e9s par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne proviennent pas d'activit\u00e9s ill\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Droit applicable<\/strong>
    Le pr\u00e9sent Accord est r\u00e9gi par le droit malgache. Tout diff\u00e9rend d\u00e9coulant du pr\u00e9sent Accord ou s'y rapportant sera r\u00e9solu par Les tribunaux de Madagascar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
