Nous collaborons principalement avec des investisseurs et entrepreneurs \u00e9trangers dans les domaines de l&#039;immobilier, de la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;entreprise, du permis de s\u00e9jour, des projets d&#039;investissement et des services connexes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes une petite entreprise en pleine croissance et nous recherchons une personne motiv\u00e9e pour rejoindre notre \u00e9quipe \u00e0 Antananarivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Le r\u00f4le<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme notre <\/span><b>Coordinateur des ventes et des op\u00e9rations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Vous travaillerez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le directeur de l&#039;entreprise sur deux axes principaux\u00a0: la gestion et le suivi des clients potentiels, et la coordination du travail administratif li\u00e9 \u00e0 la prestation de nos services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une part importante de votre r\u00f4le consistera \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que <\/span><b>Aucun client potentiel n&#039;est oubli\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vous r\u00e9pondrez aux demandes de renseignements, assurerez le suivi des prospects existants, tiendrez notre CRM \u00e0 jour, identifierez les opportunit\u00e9s pertinentes pour les prospects pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents et contribuerez \u00e0 la planification des appels de vente qualifi\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous serez \u00e9galement progressivement responsable de t\u00e2ches op\u00e9rationnelles telles que la coordination des immatriculations d&#039;entreprises, des demandes de r\u00e9sidence, de la collecte de documents et d&#039;autres proc\u00e9dures clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une excellente opportunit\u00e9 pour une personne souhaitant apprendre rapidement et \u00e9voluer au notre CRM \u00e0 jour et veiller \u00e0 ce que chaque prospect actif ait une prochaine \u00e9tape claire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurez un suivi r\u00e9gulier aupr\u00e8s des prospects et r\u00e9activez les pistes plus anciennes lorsque des opportunit\u00e9s pertinentes se pr\u00e9sentent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9couvrez ce que recherchent vos clients et mettez-les en relation avec des biens immobiliers, des investissements ou des services pertinents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifier les clients potentiels et planifier des rendez-vous commerciaux avec le directeur de l&#039;entreprise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuer \u00e0 coordonner les visites des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et les rendez-vous avec les clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aider les clients \u00e0 rassembler les documents et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions courantes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suivre les enregistrements
